Step 4: Exhale the air in the abdomen through your mouth by pressing your lower abdomen in. You want to breathe out all the air in your body completely. Your hands should feel your abdomen pushing in. If you cannot feel your abdomen pushing in, try again, focusing on using your abdomen, and not on your chest, to exhale. (Fig. 6)
