Step 6: Finally, as you exhale through your mouth (exhale air in the chest first, then the air in the abdomen, using the Total Breathing technique), imagine that the Ki is flowing out from your lower abdomen, down through your legs, and back out through the holes in the soles of your feet, into the ground. (Fig. 17)

Step 7: Repeat the entire cycle from Step 3 through Step 6 for at least 10 minutes.
