Step 5: As you hold your breath, imagine the Ki continuing to flow through your body, moving slowly from the top of your head, down past the front surface of your face, down over your throat, over your chest, and back down into the lower abdomen. As you visualize the flow of Ki in your mind, also try to compress the air in your body down further into the lower abdomen, further increasing the inter.
